Refund Policy
Our refund and cancellation policy for licences purchased from Unveiling Black History.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new licence purchases from Unveiling Black History. If, within 30 days of the date of your order, you decide the Platform is not right for you or your organisation, you may request a full refund of the amount paid for that order.
2. How to request a refund
Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund you can either:
- Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address used at checkout, and open a refund request; or
- Email us at newtonwebdesign.co.uk@gmail.com with your order reference and we will pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer but are typically completed within 5–10 working days.
3. Renewals and cancellations
Licences are billed annually in advance and renew automatically for successive annual terms. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account area or by contacting us — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term and access continues until that date.
If a renewal charge is taken and you notify us within 30 days of the renewal date, we will treat this as covered by the money-back guarantee above and arrange a full refund of the renewal payment via Paddle.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of England and Wales, or under mandatory local law where you are resident.
