Last updated: 9 July 2026

1. Annual licences

All plans are supplied as annual licences with a fixed 12-month term. Licences renew on the anniversary of the start date unless cancelled or otherwise agreed. Pricing tiers are summarised on the School licences page.

2. Invoicing and purchase orders

  • We accept UK school purchase orders and can invoice in GBP.
  • Standard payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.
  • Invoices can be addressed to the school, the trust central team, or the local authority as required.
  • Card and direct-debit payment options may be offered alongside invoicing for smaller plans.

Online card payments are handled via our payment processor. Direct Debit is available on request for larger accounts.

3. Named school licences

Whole School Licences are issued in the name of a specific school site and cover staff and pupils enrolled at that site. Additional sites operated by the same trust are added via a Trust / Multi-School Licence.

4. Multi-school and trust pricing

Trust and local-authority pricing is available on request. Pricing reflects the number of schools, estimated pupil numbers, and any centrally-managed onboarding requirements. Please use the trust enquiry form to request a quote.

5. Data protection

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is offered to schools and trusts on request. A current list of subprocessors is maintained and available on request. Data protection contact: Karl Newton, newtonwebdesign.co.uk@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for further detail.

6. Safeguarding

Our safeguarding approach is set out in the Safeguarding Statement. Safeguarding contact: Karl Newton, newtonwebdesign.co.uk@gmail.com.

7. Accessibility commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA and to work with schools where specific access requirements exist. See our Accessibility Statement.

8. Content review process

Lessons are researched, reviewed by subject specialists, and versioned. Review status is visible on each lesson. Full detail is in our Content Review Policy.

9. Approval and endorsement

This platform provides curriculum-supporting educational resources. It does not claim approval, endorsement or accreditation from the Department for Education, Ofsted, exam boards or any UK government body unless such approval is formally obtained and displayed.

10. Procurement documents on request

  • Data Processing Agreement (DPA) template
